Home Again, Home Again, Jiggidy Jig

HOME!!!  Today we made it home - to the frigid, sub-zero weather.  I swear Texas has ruined my ability to handle cold.  I've been experiencing shivering convulsions all day, with 2 layers of clothes and a blanket, while my family sported t-shirts and confused faces.  Cris' niece Jackie picked us up from the airport this morning, and we downed some Pho to warm our bones.  After Cris and Jackie left, my brother Benjamin, sister Hannah and I headed to downtown Seattle for a little crisp air, novelty shop stroll. I can get lost in the toy shop prank isles for hours!  Back home in Puyallup, my sister Elizabeth came over - which, for the first time in a very long time, made for just our original 6 hanging out.  We had dinner, played games, and drank hot cocoa while my mom baked us delicious cookies.  Even though Cris and I are having a good time in Texas. . . it's this soul time that I've been missing, that "Ah, I'm home" feeling, and it was good to be laughing and playing like old times.
My Dad, winning a game, doing a victory dance while we count our losses.
