One of the projects that I have been helping with at Teatro, is adding color to the inside of the building. When I showed up in late July, the walls inside were completely white. Slowly but surly, with the help of volunteers, board members, community members and Courtney – we have been able to add some much needed life into the space, with colors, art, and decorations. Today we finished our interior paint project with yellow in the third room – our art room. All that’s left is a mural of an accordion and a Bajo Sexto, being painted by one of our students.
